Delivery Process


What shipping/courier company do you use?

We actually use a range of postal and courier services. Depending on the exact products and delivery service you have chosen, your items will be delivered to you by a combination of EMS, DHL and FedEx.


How can I track the status of my order?

For most products we supply you with a tracking number as soon as they are dispatched from our warehouse. You should be able to start tracking your product just 24-hours after receiving your shipment confirmation email!


Can I pick up my order directly from your warehouse? 

To keep our prices as low as possible for you, most of our products are sourced directly from our International Distributor and delivered straight to your doorstep.

This means they can not be picked up from our warehouse, but it also means that you benefit from the awesome cost-savings we offer.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we most certainly do! We offer shipping WORLDWIDE!

Within Australia

For products shipped within Australia you can choose between two incredibly simple options:


FLAT RATE Shipping Excluding bulky items, all GadgetMania products are eligible for FLAT RATE Shipping!


PRIORITY Shipping This service is available for all GadgetMania products for just $25 extra.


International Delivery Costs

It's actually incredibly cheap to ship GadgetMania products internationally.

For all products shipped internationally (excluding bulky items) we apply a small additional fee of $10.


Priority Shipping may be purchased for any product at a flat-rate of:

Delivery Timing


How long until my order is dispatched?

Our products are usually processed and dispatched within less than 24 hours of purchase.


How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Depending on the delivery service you chose, your products should arrive at your doorstep within 3 – 15 business days.


PRIORITY Shipping is delivered within 3 – 5 days.

Free Shipping is usually expected to arrive within 5 – 15 days.


My order has not arrived within the expected time frame -

what happens now?

Please allow the maximum number of days for delivery based on the delivery service chosen.  If after this your order still hasn't arrived, then please contact us by sending an email to No one likes to be left in the agony of anticipation, so as soon as we know your product has not arrived by the due date we will communicate with our shipping partners and organise the delivery of your products ASAP!
